User Research

Product Design
At Prominent Edge, product design is a human-centered and creative service concept that brings together the teams that make up a service ecosystem and integrates them with design and creative thinking. Interaction design is essential to this process, identifying the path a user ought to take, and the most simple, useful actions that will take him or her along that path.
Our agile approach to product design relies heavily on rapid, iterative prototyping to graphically present design concepts to users and solicit input and feedback to inform our designs. If a picture is worth a thousand words, a prototype is worth a million when it comes to product design.
Visual Design and Brand Identity
Research has shown that it takes as little as 50 milliseconds (1/20th of a second!) for a user to form an opinion about your website.
